Shop Policies

LAYAWAY POLICY

Layaway is offered for items over $100 or a combined purchase of $100 or more. 1/2 down not including shipping, 14 days to pay. If 14 days pass and our attempts to collect the balance are not successful, the item becomes available again for other shoppers and the deposit is kept as a fee for having the pieces unavailable for customers for the duration of the 14 days.

Layaway is not available for sale items. Items on layaway are not available at sale prices and must be purchased at the listed price at the time of the reserve/layaway.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Priority (domestic only) & USPS First Class International mail with delivery confirmation. 

First class international is tracked (but not always) until it departs the US and then upon arrival of its destination there will be a delivery confirmation.

USA: please allow 2-3 days for your package to delivery.  

International: please allow 7 - 21 business days for delivery. Simply Vintage is not responsible for VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Simply Vintage cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged at customs. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 

Insurance for shipping is available at an additional charge. Please contact sarah@simplyvintageboutique.com prior to purchasing the item so the shipping cost can be adjusted to reflect the cost of insurance. For international shipping, insurance is only available on priority shipping, not first class international.

USPS Priority International is available for an additional charge. This is the only shipping method with tracking. Please contact the shop prior to purchasing the item so the additional shipping cost can be adjusted to reflect the cost of priority shipping.

Outside of offering insurance and priority shipping, Simply Vintage is not responsible for lost packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Simply Vintage does not accept returns and all items are sold as-is. Inquiries about exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any issue with an order must be communicated via our contact form (link to contact page) within 48 hours of receiving the order. If an exchange is approved, it must be mailed within 48 hours after our communication.

Because we take great care to provide accurate measurements, no refunds are given due to poor fit of a garment. Please measure carefully and feel free to make inquiries regarding measurements and sizing.

Please note all items are vintage and have had previous owners unless otherwise mentioned as deadstock. All items are described to the best of our knowledge. All items are sold as is. If you have any questions please contact us  before clicking to add to cart.
